Echos of Mind is a self-awareness tool. It reflects your behavioral patterns over time.

It is not:

• –A therapy or counseling service
• –A crisis intervention tool
• –A diagnostic system of any kind

All insights are observational and reflective, not prescriptive.

Nothing in this app constitutes:

• –Medical advice
• –Psychological treatment
• –Mental health diagnosis

Echos of Mind is not a substitute for professional care.

You agree that:

• –You are responsible for how you interpret and act on insights
• –You will not treat this app as a replacement for professional support
• –You will seek qualified help when necessary

Echos of Mind does not assume responsibility for decisions made based on app insights.

To use this app you must:

• –Be at least 18 years of age (as required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which defines a child as anyone below 18)
• –Provide accurate account information

This app is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. By using the app, you confirm you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for:

• –Keeping your login credentials confidential
• –All activity that occurs under your account

Echos of Mind is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Echos of Mind uses end-to-end encryption for sensitive personal content.

You acknowledge that:

• –Encrypted data may not be recoverable if access credentials are lost
• –Recovery options, if enabled, must be configured by you

We cannot restore encrypted data without valid access credentials.

This is a deliberate privacy trade-off, not a system failure.

You retain full ownership of everything you create in the app.

This includes journal entries, mood inputs, notes, and reflections.

By using the app, you grant Echos of Mind limited rights to:

• –Process your data to generate personal insights
• –Store your encrypted content securely

We do not claim ownership of your data.
We do not use your content for any purpose beyond serving you.

You agree not to:

• –Use the app for unlawful purposes
• –Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the system
• –Exploit or misuse features in ways that compromise security or other users

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it.

• –Features may evolve over time
• –Downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons
• –We are not liable for temporary interruptions or loss of access

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Echos of Mind is not liable for:

• –Emotional or psychological outcomes from using the app
• –Decisions made based on app insights
• –Loss of data due to device failure or user error
• –Inability to access encrypted data due to lost credentials

Use of this app is at your own discretion.

For paid plans:

• –Payments are processed through Google Play (and Apple App Store when available)
• –Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• –Pricing changes will be communicated in advance
• –Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy

Echos of Mind does not process payments directly.

All app content including design, branding, system logic, and copy is owned by Echos of Mind and protected under applicable law.

You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the app without explicit permission.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted subject to standard backup cycles.

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy.

It is part of this agreement and should be read alongside these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including:

• –Information Technology Act, 2000
• –Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023

Jurisdiction: India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

If we make significant changes, you will be notified within the app before they take effect.

Continued use of the app after notification means acceptance of the updated terms.
